Now, does this mean that Mr. Scruggs would likely not sign due to being a similar type talent? Or am I way off base?
Either way, we freaking celebrate and party like it's 1999....

Scruggs would be the first PG in the class, so it wont affect him at all. If anything it should help.

According to Brian Snow (Scout.com) XU is expected to sign 2-3 more recruits to this 2017 class. You would think, especially if it is 3, that one would be a redshirt. But with Davis and Gaston, and likely Sumner and Bluiett all leaving after next season, we could use 6 recruits in 2017.
