Note for coaches: Xavier U. newsletter
Coaches, if you've not seen Coach Sean Miller's Xavier basketball newsletter, I can tell you it's worth checking out. You can get them all on the XU website. These are loaded with tips, drills, sets, practice plans, plays, diagrams, insight, and inspiration. Some highlights:

Actually, it's quite simple. You just let the person have their say, considering that the coach has access to TV, radio, Internet and newspaper reporters, his own show, and likely the support of most of the fans.
No coach was ever brought down by one "fan" or critic. Their troubles, if any, are generally of their own making (lousy PR, lousy teams, etc.).
