Just a bit of preseason 2009 news. Charlie Crème, of EPSN has published his pre- preseason top 25 for the 2008-09 season and puts our Musketeers at # 24!!

24. Xavier With George Washington losing its all-Atlantic 10 backcourt, this could be the time for the Musketeers to supplant the Colonials atop the conference. Coach Kevin McGuff graduates no one from this season's NCAA tournament team. Most importantly, 6-foot-5 Amber Harris returns and should be ready to breakout as one of the nation's top players.

That is nice. Now Kevin must marry potential and success to make that prediction come true.
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

Nice news. I have to agree, continuity on the court, on the staff, new direction with the GW and Temple programs, a chance for some good early wins in the NIT all should be playing to the ladies favor! Also, looks like a little more depth in the post than usual. They'll have a chance to do something special!
