Final Four???

What do you think this year's team's ceiling is? With how wide open the tourney is this year, I think we have as good of a chance as anyone to do some damage.

I'm not predicting that we win the national championship, but I do think we absolutely have a chance to make a run...especially after our tough showing last year in a tougher field.

If they were to make the final four, anyone planning on making the trip to San Antonio? There is no way I'm missing it if they make it but does anyone know a good way to get tickets?

The only way to get tickets is scalpers (ticket agencey's) and the cheapest I have seen is like $400 per for the two sessions ... in the higest area, and well beyond the end line.

Should XU make it, I'll be there to socialize Thursday and Friday and Saturday am, but thank you I will opt for one of many sports bars with giant screens.

I have a friend who works for the Xavier Newswire (Xavier's student newspaper) and he got an e-mail recently about if Xavier makes the Final Four there is a program for students to purchase tickets at face value for the games. I think that is a great program to attract some of the most passionate fans for the teams and I am praying that Xavier can advance that far because Final Four tickets at face value would be an incredible deal.

That is an awesome deal...if you're a student.

I actually just did some searching and i found a sit called http://www.firstdibz.com. They seem legit and you can reserve tickets for like $50 or so depending on what seats you want and if they make the final four, you get the tickets for face value. I'm thinking about doing it cuz I'm sure it would be considerably cheaper than scalper's fees. What do you guys think?
