The difference between Xu and Ud is that we win with the flu. It may not be pretty, but we win.

Sure didn't look like it but they just about gave me the flew in the second half. Will be interesting to see what they do about Drew. May not have much choice, but I would take a chance on a loss at Hawk Hill if it will help him not to play. That will be a tough game even with him so why not rest him for the tournament run. Hopefully can limit his minutes in the Richmond game too.

It's just what somebody thinks ...

My brain is fried, I cant believe that I said "flew" instead of flu. My students' misspellings are wearing off on me.

Sean did not sy anything about Drew being sick in the post game.He definetly sounds concerned about the ankle though. If he's not better in 3 weeks, our hopes for a good run are in trouble.

I was at the game; and I heard coach Miller's comments post game about Lavendar and he said something to the effect that he hope's to have him back by the end of the season. I was at the UD game where he clearly favored his ankle. My question: if he is so bad off why even play him tonight? This was a game X should have won without him even though he saw last minute action.

The following is from DD game story on the Enquirer website:
Since spraining his left ankle Feb. 13 at Charlotte, Lavender’s impact had been diminished by his steadily – yet slowly – improving health. By Saturday’s game, he had regained most of his mobility but instead had his playing time limited to 16 by a respiratory infection.
