Although I don't expect us to get ahead of them, Kansas lost today as well.

That Kansas loss is huge if we win out.

6th in the RPI right now. Kansas, Duke, Texas, UCLA will all lose 2 more games each before tournament time. Well UCLA might not since there is no Pac 10 tournament, right? Xavier wins out they could sneek into that #1 seed, at the very worse they get a #2 Hell who knows what might happen. Xavier wins out they could be the #1 team in the country, wouldn't that be something.

When did the Pac 10 get a tournament? It was always them the Big Ten and the Ivy league that didn't have one, I know the Big Ten now has one but I didnt know the Pac 10 had one.

Everyone has a tourney, 'cept the Ivies. According to Wiki, it started in 1987.
[Edit: Though apparently it went on hiatus through the 90's, till 2000, when it was reinstated. Go figure]

Maybe it's the time zones, but the Pac 10 Tournament has never gotten any notable pub outside of the West Coast. They play their championship at the same time they play the A-10 Championship on Saturday of Championship Week, but their semifinal matchups are always on after the A-10 semis on Fox Sports Net.

The one thing that always changes for them is whether or not they play 8 or 10 teams in any given year for the tournament.
