I'll take the win-Holloway looked like he did vs UC

I know all Mack die hards will crush me again but there were some bad plays today. We gave up something (usually points but at least execution) out of most timeouts. If #5 already has killed you with 3s, how ater a timeout does he get such a good look. It happened all day. We have our old terrible Crawford fade aways without attacking the basket at end of regulation and end of 1st OT-Larkin was not happy-said this has happened all year. Then at end of 2nd OT, 43 seconds and 35 on shot clock - we finally pound it inside for a running 10 foot hook shot and a 2 point lead. That was when you could have called a timeout. Just chalk it up to a bad game but good teams find ways to win. Thank God it was at Cintas. I'm ready to take my shots but we won in spite of some bad coaching in some areas. Having said that, we did do better on defense in 2nd half (like SLU game) but still let them always scratch back like good teams do. I know exactly who will be my first reply and so he knows, I won't reply back to him as he is still peeling off his Chris Mack face.

XU doesn't look particularly good running set plays from the halfcourt. I'll give Richmond a lot of credit for calling TOs after their made baskets, to prevent XU from getting the ball in and back up court. Even off made baskets, XU is better at running up the court than they are bringing it up slowly into a halfcourt set, so Richmond was able to take them out of their game there.

About Holloway, can someone tell him the game starts 45 minutes earlier, and have him scrimmaging that whole time or something? The way he shows in overtime is unreal. It was great to watch Crawford own the first half, Kevin Anderson take over in the second half, and the Holloway put the team on his back to get the W in overtime.
