If true, that would remove one temptation for Coach Miller to move on to a Big Six program.

That's fine by me.

They have to fire him, and soon. He lied to the IU investigators. If they don't fire him, he runs the show, and the NCAA will slam them for lack of institutional control. They need to cut losses pronto.

He's going to poison any well he drinks from.

This would never be a temptation for Miller. He can stay with X as long as he wants, and pick and choose a great job when he wants, without the pressure of all the bad karma associated with the likes of this Indiana situation.

Carlos, Sean already has a great job where he can get to the Final 4 and win a National Championship.

Unfortunately I said the same thing about Matta, after reaching the Elite 8. Why would Matta leave with Cage, Doellman, Finn, and Cole returning? Beak nose bolted immediately for the Big Ten. The only difference between Matta and Miller is that Miller is getting paid a lot more. Will it be enough to keep him on Victory Parkway?

The poster said that rumor was reported on ESPN Radio, and yet it's not on ESPN.com.

Something doesn't seem right.

Dakich as interim coach makes sense. I'm not sure about Skiles. He'll wait for another NBA job, which he'll surely get.

Thad is a bona fide money grubber. I suspect Sean is not.
