Brad's average is now 39.94 points a game.
He made 12 triples tonight.
He was 5 of 5 from line.
Set a new single game scoring record.
He is now tied for first place for the all time state of Michigan made triples in one season - 116 on the season.
His team made 18 threes tonight. Brad is going to have his name on so many MHSAA records and team records, I think he is going to have his own special section in their recordbook. Great kid. Work ethic second to none. Wait til the Xavier coaches get to work with him. They are going to love this kid.

Isn't he kind of short? Also, I heard his release is too low for D1.

It's getting too easy to find Prop.

he's 6'0" from what i've heard, i personally don't think it matters that much. does being shorter than average stop drew lavendar? why should it matter for redford, who has a quick release and can and will put it up from anywhere. those two factors should neutralize his height disadvantage.

I will say that Redford, from what I have seen, is not nearly as quick as Drew, nor does he have the handle of our PG. That being said, he can still thrive as a shooter if the offense is set up to utilize his abilities. It might just mean that we set more off-ball screens to create open looks. You try to utilize your strengths and one of Redford's is his ability to fill it from just about anywhere.

He actually looked faster with his shot in the YouTube link than I expected. The same for his move to the basket--much quicker than I had thought. If he keeps taking NBA length 3's, he'll get his points. And get him to the line where he's golden.
