Did Duncan flop?

DD posted this on his blog: **3:49 to go (68-66 SJU), and this is the game we were expecting. It's too bad for Nivins he won't be around for the end. Duncan flopped big-time on Nivins fifth foul, but Nivins got called for a charge anyway. It might not be a big factor anyway, however, because SJU has fared fine this half without Nivins thanks to its perimeter defense and the offense from Ferguson and Calathes. SJU keeps doubling on XU's guards near the perimeter. In the past, I've seen Burrell and Lavender commit turnovers in those situations late in the game (Tennessee, anyone?). We'll see what happens today.
That's not the way I saw it and the announcers said it was a good call.

Refs will call that a charge 99% of the time in college basketball. Nivins did look he threw a shoulder into Duncan so I thought it was a good call.
CJ Anderson has been called for a charge just like that a hundred times this year it seems.

Are we really having this post? Did he flop? Yes. Do they call that foul in college basketball (for and against us) nearly all the time? Yes.

Bottom line: 5th foul on Nivens was legit, but Duncan sold it very well to the zebras.

The announcer--not Steve Wolf--said after good call, "Yeah, and he got an elbow in the chops for his trouble." Which he did.
Whatever, I thought Duncan was a serious key to the victory. He and the other two seniors.
Lavender, 12 pts, 4 assists, 2 TO, ; Burrell, 16 pts, 3 assists, 4 TO,; Duncan, 13 pts, 4 reb, 4 assists, 1 TO, and 2 fouls, both first half. And BJ, 11 pts, 4 reb, 4 assists, ) 0 TO, and some super defense. I think he covered Ferguson after Stanley switched to Calathes.
Three big standout stats besides the final score.--Xavier was out-rebounded 31-24; Xavier had 21 assists to 12 TO and SJ had 15 A to 9 TO, finally, Xavier made 75 percent of its free throws (12-16) to 67 percent (12 of 18) for SJ.
Xavier also made more threes, 12 of 20 to SJ 8of 20, the one that BJ made very late was critical. He was 3 of 5 and I think that's 60 percent. Stan and Drew were a combined 5 of 7 beyond the arc.
Oh and one more note: Graves and Jackson each hit a trey, 1 of 2 for both...All 9 players who played scored. to seven of 8 for ST J.
It's gonna be one heck of a game in Philadelphia next month. Now, for Charlotte, a very tough opponent.

I was watching on TV, the replay showed it, Nivins did put a little shoulder into it, and Duncan flopped big time, there was contact, but not enough for a foul/ Duncan to fall back like that. I thought I was an absolute horrendous call.
Under the basket there are tons of horrible calls (both sides) every game. Too bad. Tough luck. Better luck next time St. Joe.

Flop or not, in listening to Miller's post game interview, he felt with Nivins out, St Joe's was a better team because they didn't rely solely on him and gave X more trouble on defense.

three levels of the offensive foul, 1 taking a charge, 2 drawing an offensive foul, 3 flopping. result, 1 what happened, 2 what the ref thought happened. duncan scored a 2

I was about 20 feet away, he didn't flop.
