Our friends up North
Just when we thought the A10 was getting due respect, Dayton decides to piss themselves. First it was the injuries of Wright and Little, then it was Roberts and his case of "mono." Now it's a matter of them losing another one. As much as I try to root for them, they give me something to hate them even more. The excuses never stop, nor does their whining. Face the facts...Dayton sucks!

Re: Our friends up North
you make it sound like ud was a favorite at ri. i didn't expect to win that game, they were favored by 8. we'll see how well x does when they travel to kingston. if memory serves me correct x got it handed to them the last time they played ri in the a-10 tourney.

Yeah, Joe, but before being upset by
Rhode Island they kicked the kaka out of the Flyers in that tournament for the third win of the 2006-07 season over the Cryers.

I'm not sure how Dayton's losses hurt the A-10. They are, afterall, losing to A-10 teams.Road Warrior wrote:Just when we thought the A10 was getting due respect, Dayton decides to piss themselves.

Well, it certainly didn't hurt them in the RPI as they rose and we fell.

Hurts the A10 in the fact they were in the top 25 getting some nice pub then lost 4 out of 5 games. Granted, in league play an A10 team has to lose, but 4 out of 5 really hurts. Do you think the A10 is still in line to get 4 bids? Now it looks like 3: XU, St Joes and Rhode Island. The Flyers, if and only if they win the tournament.

I would say that they are still in the tourny now, but not by much. They can't lose any of the games against the bottom of the A-10. We will see how they do at GW in a week or so. I don't care if they are hurt or sick or anything, none of that matters if they can't win the games they should win.

Once again, UD fans have absolutely no right to talk any trash whatsoever to X fans. The day you start beating us, you can then open your mouths, but until then, do not say a single word to X fans because you look like complete idiots. Shut up and get a job at one of those rundown factories in your troubled town.
