I wasn't able to catch the game last night.
I hear that Redford has no points? But did he play? Did he shoot? How does he look?
If he didn't play, you might include the first game and the exhib game - I also missed those games. I haven't seen (or I missed) any posts explicitly concerning him.

bama, Red played 11 minutes last night but only took one shot and almost had a air ball....some say he hit some rim. He wasn't looking for shots and hasn't been so far. I think he is working on his D and point guard skills and letting other score.

If I heard the radio broadcast correctly, Redford had a 3 waved off due to a traveling call on Holloway on the pass to Redford.

That is correct, G. Redford is so smooth with his shot and it is so quick you can not turn away to say anything or look anywhere because when you do he puts it up. Like I said though e hasn't been forcing a lot of shots, I think he has taken about 4 and made 2. It is interesting to hear the crowd when he gets the ball, they think whenever he turns to face the basket it is gong up and there is a groan when he doesn't. Right now it is on par with Johnny Wolf expectations when he gets the ball.

Thanks.
I know it is early but I am a neurotic fan...
I was concerned that maybe his shot was too low or whatever.
I guess he is just taking his time, and it sounds like he has the right Musketeer attitude - working on the other aspects of the game, unselfishly letting others takes shots...simply put, playing with the good of the whole team in mind.

No his shot is quick.... think he is in the process of deciding when to shoot because he is small. You know how you glance around the court instead of following the ball....well Red is so quick I have missed two of his shots so far this year. I am sure he will struggle against quick and tall guards but he does work his butt off ad when he gets beat it is not because he is lazy.

I am one of those fans that hold his breath in anticipation everytime Red gets the ball. He is sooo smooth. On the XU pre season special I loved when Dbrown said best shooter he has ever seen ever.
I was a little concerned when I saw his bio coming out of HS. 6 1 160 LBS and averaged 37 Pt's per game. I thought that his next pass would be his first and D was not high on his radar.
What I have seen so far, granted its early against lesser competiton, he appears to move well on defense and runs the offense effectively. The shot is there and once the front court gets comfortable with each other and Sean gets his line up fine tuned the shots will come and by the looks of it will fall.

I hope that Redford becomes that "barron type player...only smaller" simply because I love his release and how effortlessly he seems to put it up.
BTW Detroit, are you that guy looking for the bailout money....all I hear is Detroit is looking for the government to give them money, Detroit is seeking a bailout, Detroit this, Detroit that....IF it is you will you share?

I am sure sharing the money with you MM is better than any plan the auto boys can come up with.
Break the unions is the only answer.
