Big East

The Big East, despite recent post season success and being home to the reigning champs, yet again, got no love from the Selection Committee.
Now the Big East is the only conference with a 100% win percentage through the second round. Only the ACC has more teams in the Sweet 16. The Big 10, Big 12 and SEC only have 2 teams in the Sweet 16. The latter two had 8 bids! The Mountain West, which got 6 bids, only has one team in the Sweet 16. San Diego State has little chance against UCONN... I think we will have 2 teams in the Elite 8, just like last year. UCONN And Marquette should win and Creighton could pull it off too!
Last year we also had 3 in the S16 and the highest conference win percentage...
Virginia had no business being in the tournament. Seton Hall and St John's clearly got robbed. Putting Virginia in before either of these teams goes against all conventional wisdom on how the selection normally works. Clearly the Committee had too much esteem for the Mountain West.
Hopefully this year was a fluke and next year the conference gets a little more respect.
