Pre season polls mean nothing because

The Preseason college basketball poll in late June 2022 had North Carolina 1 and Kentucky 4. . There are a lot of other errors. X was not rated in the top 25. As of 2-14-2023 North Carolina is a play in team in Dayton/ last four in. Kentucky is totally out due to its current record. And X is ranked 16th and a 4 seed. The games are played on the court and not in expert bad guessing.

I saw a bracket with X listed as the last #4 team and North Carolina is the first #13
