Yesterday's paper
The paper whose sports is the only thing worth reading (enemaquirer) had a great X preview yesterday, by Adam Baum. The latter continues his good work in an even-handed way. Especially noteworthy were the kudos to Craft and Desmond.

Requires a subscription, so could not read it. What were the highlights?

He said that everyone is looking good especially Claude, Craft, and Kunkle. He had a few reservations re Miles and Tucker but felt that they might contribute

Before the internet was fully developed the Athletic Department used to copy articles from the Enquirer and mail them to some of us from out of town. I guess we might have to ask them to do that again since the Enquirer insists on a subscription to let us see some, at least, of the X articles,

Re: Yesterday's paper
i'm not sure why people get so up in arms about a "subscription"?
seriously, wth did you PAY for when it was delivered right to your door? was that FREE? no. why is reading it online any different?
how do you expect them to make any money on their product if they're just giving it away for free.
pony up the dough for whatever is per year and GET IT.

It’s 3.99 a month for an online subscription. Peanuts.longliveskip wrote: ↑Mon Oct 24, 2022 8:01 ami'm not sure why people get so up in arms about a "subscription"?

Re: Yesterday's paper
Since I am from Indy $3.99 a month is wasted.
