NCAA to clarify flop definition

the rules committee has presented the following proposal: If a player is called for flopping or " head bob", the opposing team would shoot one free throw. Still needs to be approved by rules oversight panel

I don't think they need a rule. If they flop just let the play continue and don't call anything.

Given the frequency of flops, action is warranted. The penalty should be more severe for offensive players guilty of a flop.
