Red Raiders

All five Texas Tech guys are in a defensive position the entire possession . Knees are flexed and all eyes are tracking the ball AND THEIR MAN. With Steele's teams we were lucky to have one guy in defensive position. Can' understand how Odum who I like and has elite quickness lets his man drive all the way to the basket 5-6 times a game. There is a lot to like watching Texas Tech play team defense.

they must have stopped playing D because they have not bent their knee in the first 3 and a half minutes as Duke has been getting to the rim. Lucky for the Raiders that they have shot well in the second half. Hope they can knock out Coach K
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

The best team (not most talented) in the best league in this past decade beat one of the mid-major darlings yesterday. This is Wright's best coaching job despite a very lofty bar, having a team who has maybe a couple low level NBA players who would be role players at best. Three FF in six years? Who knows what would have happened if Gillespie didn't get in injured last year as well. Amazing. Only Bruiser Flint could have done the same with this collection of players.

I have St. Peter's in both of my brackets, but embarrassingly only had them winning by one, not three, against Purdue. I'm glad failure is the mother of excellence.

You are very experienced in the first part of that sentence, not so much the last part
