X has a 5 star?

Postby muskieman » Wed Feb 09, 2022 6:18 pm

Just saw rivals rankings.

Tyrell Ward- #26 now a 5 star which is up 10 spots would be the first 5 star not a transfer, I believe

Kam Craft- #39 has climbed 17 spots

Desmond Claude- #83 biggest jump up 46 spots

Let's hope these guys become impact players for X
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

I would love to be excited. Maybe they need no development! If true, X could have a great year, assuming Travis doesn't decide to play the guys that make the team worse.

Congrats to Travis for doing 1 part of his job. I hope he eventually hires a coach or becomes 1.

His % right now is around 20% of recruits recently will become starters. Let's worry about now. Who is going to play down low?

I hope if Jack leaves after this year that he can find a similar replacement. There will be guys out there. I would also like for X to be looking at foreign players that are out there because I see many teams have been successful in that area. I always like to see a big guy every year
because who says we can not have multiple bigs on the bench

Please don't talk about Nunge leaving. This team can't survive that. He is under utilized but still makes a huge impact on the game. He could bring so many more wins if he was a focus of the offense but missing 3s is more fun.

Eventually Travis will find the guys that shoot lights out and coaching becomes less important. That is obviously the game plan. Recruit so you don't have to manage games. No plays needed. Just let the athletes do what they do. When you get paid like a rock star, you can take those gambles. Collect the cash until the gamble works or until you have to find a new swindle. Or if intelligent, live off the wealth you stole from X fans. Yes, a salary unearned is stolen. It was legal but stolen none the less. Maybe the board is liable? Maybe the board will want to reduce their liability?

I prefer a coach is able to coach. Would love amazing recruits but would prefer they are developed.

What if Steele isn't the coach next year?
