BTW look who lost and who beat them
some of the posters on the board discounted the Oklahoma State win this year saying they are not that good. Well, they are good enough to take down #1 Baylor. Ok St held 3 of the starters to five or less points.
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

Rightfully so until yesterday. 9-7 still is nothing to crow about, but beating Baylor obviously gives them a big NET boost. Mman, gloating and Monday morning quarterbacking is no way to go through life. I think with your posting history, you could actually patent it.

Re: BTW look who lost and who beat them
Lets not get carried away. Some perspective:
- OKST lost to Oakland and a bad Wich State team (10th in American conference)
- OKST got taken to OT by Cleveland State and Oral Roberts
- Baylor was without two key players for most of the game. Including their best player who tried to play hurt and shut it down.
Isn't it possible that Oklahoma State is still not a “good” team?

Sure and more than likely they are not a good team but they still beat present, as of last week, #1 in college basketball and the defending National Champs. It does give a boost to OKST's numbers which AH mentioned, and you know he knows everything.Jesseandrippers wrote: ↑Mon Jan 17, 2022 4:54 amLets not get carried away. Some perspective:

I don't think I have ever written this about a post, but this is one of the most insightful ones I've seen as a poster for 47 years, and six years as a moderator.
