Am I reading that wrong?

Comparing stats between the 2 teams and they are virtually identical. X has an edge in rebounding and block shots, but otherwise it’s a dead heat on points, points against, shooting, assists, and steals. I think that X has maybe a slight edge in the quality of competition because of the OSU game, but it’s otherwise a tossup.

I believe X is favored by that amount. ISU is 4-0 but all games played at home against cupcakes. Lots of new players from transfer portal after incredibly bad season last year. They seem to have some length so who knows this early in the season?

I’m typically a glass half full guy, but -9 seems like a lot especially they way we have played in past holiday tournaments. Let’s hope AK can shoot well vs a solid opponent.

Just checked the site again it is vegasinsider.com and now they have listed Xavier is-9
