Welcome to New York. Players are all at one hotel but teams are on different floors and each player has his own room and meals are delivered to the room where they eat alone.

Tonight the second team big East players Freemantle and Scruggs need to be the leaders and Jones needs to have the big game he had last time they played Butler because Butler has no one to really guar him.

Call me crazy, I mean REALLY crazy, but I sense Jason C. having his first solid game in 3 weeks. 9 pts, 7 boards and great D played.

What is Freemantle doing on defense? he doesn't need to hedge that high and also caused a foul on Scruggs. Unreal.

Griff sighting out of position on the rebound but able to tip it out to Jones and then set a great screen for a jones score

Free needs to play better D. Nze is a good three-point shooter and needs to be guarded out high

Maybe it was his trotting up the court instead of running

Freshman playing well on D. Still don't understand why Carter is playing. Nyse is killing him and he has no confidence it is four on five with him in there. When you go up big you don't have to sub in three or four players.
