Butler's New Baldwin

Postby olsingledigit » Sat Jan 16, 2021 3:02 pm

I have seen the expressions of relief that Kamar Baldwin is gone from Butler. Not so fast! Check out their freshman, Harris, who is almost a Baldwin clone - just a freshman and not a senior. Butler leads Creighton by 7 at the half at Hinkle and it is almost all due to Harris.

Going to be tough for X to beat Butler again this year. Especially at Hinkle. Just sayin'.

CU didn't look like Cu has this year. 6-23 from the three, outrebounded, more TOs. Butler had one of their better first halves this year. Say=w a stat on Butler, something like -54 in the first half and only -4 in the second. Today they won the first half by 7 which is above their average of -5.4 and only lost the second half by 7. CU's best player didn't play and Ballock was 0-5 from three which never happens. Butler is always tough at the barn, maybe it is the smell, the old fashioned drinking fountains, or maybe the windows.
PS #16 Louisville was beaten by a Miami team missing 4 of their starters
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.
