I do not agree with the rankings after Xavier. How can Butler be that far down the list given their Tournament appearances and sweet 16. SH also seems too far down the list.

Recruiting class shouldn't be a factor or should be graded in reverse. Having the 70th best recruits but outperforming teams with the 40th best recruits is an indication that the program is stronger, not weaker. Either means they are better at evaluating talent or better at maximizing the talent they have.
