GB shooting 60% and up by 4. X missing bunnies

Time to pull the pug on some of Q's minutes he is our worst shooter and has shot the most this game. Also, we are playing a fast team and Carter looks soft. Up 8 and we sub in Zack and Carter and start shooting 3's early in the clock and shooting 20%. This is not Steeles finest effort. More KyKy less Q.

KyKy has not come back so you wonder how bad it might be. BTW Q has 11 pts, 7 rebounds,

Terribly called game in the second half. A win is a Win for the boys. the beleaguered Q had 14 points and 8 rebounds. Only Naji had more points. Naji had 24 and a quiet 4 rebounds

MM glad he wound up hitting that late 3 which gave him a much more respectable line at 5-13 from field and 2-6 from 3. To quote Byron Larkin at halftime, "Quentin Goodin just simply has to quit shooting and do what he does best which is drive and dish." At the time, Goodin was 1-7 from the field so huge improvement in second half. Personally, i think Goodin is a very strong guard and should drive and look for the pass more. He has historically been a very poor 3 point shooter (based on stats) who will every now and then find the basket. My concern is the 3 assists on 4 turnovers-thats not good for a point guard as he now has a 25 assists and 20 turnovers for the year. Hopefully, he improves in all categories especially as Tandy gets more experience.

On another note, i didn't hear Bishop in the game at all but could have missed it as i was listening when i could. Did he play? Is he hurt?

UPDATE: Per Shannon Steele said Tandy's tooth went through his lip but he'll be fine for Saturday.

I agree about the assist and thought of that through the game but then I started watching for his chances to get an assist and saw a number of ones he would have had if the player had hit the shot he gave them. BTW at least one of his assists was a 3 so he was responsible for at least 21 pts or more.
