Tickets for X games on the cheap ???

I checked a few ticket broker web sites to see what Xavier mens basketball games are selling for thru brokers, just for the fun of it. The bottom prices for some games is $5, most around $20. Even the UC vs X game has hundreds of seats for sale this coming Saturday starting at $50. Seton Hall game has seats for $12 and up. Lots of seats for sale for every game at low prices,some below face values. Appears like demand is low, while sellers have too much X ticket stock to sell.
