I get your point, we own Butler! But I still consider them our main rival in the BE (it sure can't be Villanova for us). Playing Butler is always fun, intense, and competitive. Beating Butler is even more fun.
Let's get this win to ensure our .500 record or better in conference and knock Butler off the bubble! Then we can move on to St. Johns and the BE tourney.

Butler has been a good rivalry for a while, probably taking UD's place since we left the A10.We have a good record against them but they do have those 2 banners that we're still looking for.

Yes, I have to respect that they had back to back NC games.
No title though - kind of a college version of the Buffalo Bills.
They caught lightening in a bottle with Stevens but still a fine program.
But their fans have a lot of hatred for X.
And always fun to read the Butler Hoops forum after a Butler loss.
X holds a commanding lead in the series - 41-20.
Of course, X's overall record against UC isn't that great either - 35 and 51.
But 15-8 in the last 23 games.
