Heard the same. The fact that he was watching a Cheech and Chong movie, and ate a large bag of Doritos doesn't help his case either.

They suspend players for smoking weed? They must have started that after I left early mid 90's. I'm sure that the players know when the test is going to happen, so probably dumb to not pass. I'm sure that he is just practicing for when he plays in the NBA.

from what i heard and i don't know all the specifics, but apparently the coach can test the players either randomly or at specific times, etc? i don't know. i had heard that Mack never did. he just didn't wanna know about it. once again, that might be true or it might not. no idea if the school itself tests the athletes (i would assume they do) but maybe Travis is putting more stringent rules on this than Mack did.
just my thoughts from what i've heard on this and not from anyone inside the program so i'd say take it with a grain of salt.

He scores less than 3 points a game ..average for the season. To a team that is ranked in scoring average in the 200s out of 351 division one teams. So the offensive scoring loss is minimal at best.
