X tickets , sell outs, standing room only etc but you can

A number of the games are listed as sell outs and or standing room only ie $40 and up for SRO. When a team/organization sells all its tickets to season ticket holders and or ticket brokers /scalpers etc it is a sell out officially. Marquette is now a sell out and SRO i think is $40. However, ticket brokers have hundreds of seats for sale .. starting at $34??....not $40. Tickets under 24 hours before a game usually go cheap...ie Butler tickets this past Sunday were going for $10 each. Yes, buy ahead and know you have a ticket for x dollars or wait and buy at the last minute for peanuts. Someone might also give you tickets for free. A sell out does not mean all the tickets are sold to people actually attending....just sold..even to re sellers.....who might not be able to re sell before the game.
