The Bulls have agreed to a training camp deal with former Xavier forward Kaiser Gates, From The Athletic: Gates played on the Bulls’ summer league roster after forgoing the final year of his collegiate eligibility. He shot 37.8% from 3 on 4.2 attempts per game last year.

Good for him, but this still makes him a long shot for the G League. I truly think he has NBA talent, more because of his defensive skills than anything else. Unfortunately, I heard his dad was not happy with how X played him. He also was delusional in thinking that Kaiser was the best player on the team. Fortunately, he always seemed like a really good kid and teammate, and keeps paying it forward by helping X land Odom.
