I've been thinking about declaring myself. This makes me think maybe I have a chance. Is there an age limit?

I am declaring for the NBA draft.
UT-Chattanooga was 10-23 this year and Makinde has played for 3 different HC's in his 3 years of college basketball
NBA is a 3 point shooting league and he has shown the some ability to shoot from 3 in college
Maybe a D-league project
If he has graduated, maybe X recruits him back next year as a 5th year graduate transfer
