Please professors of the Xavier Physics Dept. can you show us how to “unring the bell.” You see a certain former Xavier basketball coach by the name of Sean Miller was slandered by unsubstantiated reoports that he bribed recruits. His feelings are hurt to say nothing of his reputation. Like unringing a bell by what magic wizardry can calumny be undone? We’re flommoxed.

It's no more difficult than believing he's innocent. According to the Laws of Physics, Where there's smoke there's fire. (This, in spite of the fact that ESPN was sloppy in its reporting.)
