Tickets for Regional Finals in Los Angelos - 3/26 & 3/28

I have two tickets to the regional finals in Los Angeles through Xavier (my season ticket account). If Xavier makes the sweet sixteen (knock on wood), then I'm guaranteed tickets for both games (3/26 & 3/28) in Los Angeles. Unfortunately, I have a conflict and I'm looking to sell the tickets (at cost) to another Xavier Fan !!!
