X is 1 seed in Omaha.
Auburn is the 2 at Omaha.
UC is a 2 at Atlanta.
UVA is 1 overall and also in Atlanta
Nova is a 1 and in Boston.

Purdue is the other 1 and goes to LA

Interesting to note that the Committee Chair is the Creighton AD - Rasmussan

Clemson and Oklahoma round out the bracket at 3 and 4 seeds in Omaha.
Would take that bracket in a heartbeat.

Interesting Mich St is at the 3 seed and they could arguably be the number 1 team in the nation this week with UVA, Nova and Purdue all losing this week.

NKU matched against UC as 15 seed.

PC, Butler and Creighton in the field.
CU was a 6.
Think PC was 7 and Butler was a 6.

In the end this really does't mean much as there is another month of regular and conference tournament games to be played.

They have X playing Florida Gulf Coast.

Seton Hall is this bracket

6 BE teams - sounds about right as Marquette has played themselves out of the tournament over the past few weeks.

I would love this bracket. X has the 2nd weakest seed in Auburn. UC is a very good team, but the weakest 2 seed, because they have not beaten a very good team yet, and their league doesn't have another very good team. for them to play. I also think Clark and Evans are very good, but if you shut them down, they are limited offensively. VA would be a bad matchup for them.

I do hope the brackets change a little, so X can end up in Nashville. Tenn is a very good 4 seed, as it OSU. Neither OKL nor AZ deserves to be a 4 seed.
Gonzaga, RI, & FSU are more worthy opponents. I know RI & the Zags play in a mid-major league, but so does UC.

I'd take that bracket. Long way to selection Sunday though. Baring a meltdown at worst we're a 2 seed

all of this is fun and exciting but if we cant beat Villanova we are not deserving of a #1 seed and may end up dropping to a 3 before its all over. Lets have a great week and take care of business at home.
