Also hired Skip, got X playing at the Gardens, and oversaw the move from the MCC to the A-10.....according to the article in the paper I read.

Now that stinks. I did not think Jeff was that old, and really these days, 71 isn't. For you younger Muskie fans, Fogelson was a really fantastic guy. IMHO, one of the key driving forces spearheading where X sits today. Met him once, and what a nice, down to earth gentleman. He was passionate and so energetic. Jeff bled Xavier blue while he was here and was a tireless force who believed that anything was possible. I am glad he lived long enough to witness these past few years in the Big East & I hope he knew what a vital role he played and was proud.
Rest in peace my good man, rest in peace.
