Following from Florida

Spentd the past 5 winters in Florida. Naples Dec/Jan then Northern Fla - all in a camping trailer. Can't always find cable TV with games plus spend lots of time leading paddling/kayak trips. But each winter my best XU friend & season ticket holder with me from 1987 to 2006 would update me during and/or after each game. He passed on this past August at age 63 & this makes it harder for me to keep in touch with XU. So this forum helps me as I check it during or after each game. I am in Cincy until Thanksgiving & return each year on Selection Sunday. It seems forever I am gone which makes me realize it really is a long season. Keep the Posts coming please. Put a dish on that trailer. I saw every televised game I could from 2006-2015 in my rig and now there are a lot more games broadcast. Nothing like watching a good game in the middle of the Mojave desert.

Shadow I spent 1955 at 29 Palms have you ever been there. Went back for a visit in 2009 couldn't believe the changes .

Why in the world would a Navy dentist visit there (i.e., without orders)?
Been to Joshua Tree NP a couple times but only did a cursory drive though the town. I hit the road for ten years because I was fed up with city-folk puttin' on's.

I started this subject line. Much of the time I can watch FS1 at my daughters or at an RV Resort. I camp on my daughters property for part of winter, then at various RV Resorts. THE POINT IS I DON'T HAVE ANYBODY TO CHAT WITH ABOUT THE TEAM, STRATEGIES, PLAYERS. ETC... SINCE MY BEST XU BUDDY PASSED ON. Nobody in my family watches with me though they like XU. So I am relying on this Chatboard to bounce my thoughts to.

I get it. I live across the river from Cincy and all of my inlaws are Ky fans. My best buddies are UC fans. My brothers live in Cincy but aren’t sports fans, let alone X fans. This board (and the other one sometimes) are my best sources for information, support, and the sharing of joy and of pride in our school.

I don't know of an Xavier fan within 200 miles of 78559 so I can empathize with your remarks.

Doesn't matter the zip code, you'll always be within 200 miles of Chicago.
However, that should put you at Marquette tomorrow, but I understand it's expected to be below your comfort zone of 50 degrees tomorrow in Milwaukee.
