Marquette Game Thread 3/1/17

Every game now is a tournament game.
Need to win tonight to stay off the bubble.
Congrats to seniors - Gaston and Bernard.
Sad to think what might have been for Myles but it is what it is.

Uninspiring start for X.
MU has hit a couple of 3's in the first 4 minutes.
They continue to do that it will be another butt kicking by MU

Kaiser Gates is getting worse as the season progresses.
First 5 minutes - 4 TO's and 2 fouls.

Ad the hits just keep coming - JP gets a flagrant 1.

Kaiser is a turnover machine tonight.

Great block by Bernard but unfortunately misses the front end of a 1 and 1 after he gets fouled.

[mumuskie87]

Again it is the same old song - 9 TO's so far in the half and only 3-5 from the line.
X just doesn't have the offensive firepower to overcome giving away so many possessions each game.

[mumuskie87]

MU seemingly getting baskets at the rim whenever they want.
Crowd is dead....which you would expect being down by 15 points.

Mack has completely lost this team and our effort is terrible. Streetball

Kudos to Gaston and Bernard for their play tonight.
Along with JP, the only guys to show up tonight.
