No votes in one of the polls...they gave up?
Well, the continuing losses due to losing the top 3 scorers finally took its toll. Xavier now has no votes in one poll and very few in the other poll. Things look very very bad at this point.

No votes until Tre is back, and shows them he is healthy. With what we showed in the last three games, we need to proved we can win again in the next three.

At this point, Xavier should not be in the poll. With Sumner gone, this is a whole different team. We can hope for the best, but there is not a point guard on the roster and our depth is down to nothing. Maybe win one game, it might get us in the NCAA. But I have to think we are going to be in the NIT, if the coaching staff accepts a bid to it. I'm all for any of the post season tournaments NIT, CBI, CIT, NCAA. It will allow the younger player a few more games to prepare for next year.

Xavier is 5-7 over the last 12 games. The biggest thing to focus on is the BE Tournament and The NCAA Dance.

And now the familiar refrain..................................preseason polls are worthless. Bring back the unranked days.
