Butler Clock Issues

Postby commish118 » Sun Jan 15, 2017 1:59 pm

Watching the replay. Butler had the ball with 36.1 seconds and shot clock at 30. Butler called a time out with 20.0 seconds and the shot clock at 14. With the clock stopped, the oporator added 1 second to the shot clock for Butler.

With 7.5 seconds, Sumner fouled Butler. The clock stopped momentarily, then started again and ran to 6.8. The official caught it,

It is very obvious that the Butler clock oporator is cheating on purpose, and this has been going on for years. It didn't cost us the game this year, but it could have. The NCAA and the Big East should investigate.

My sources tell me that Butler's clock operator is Bill Belichick's nephew.
