He needs to be very, very careful. Don't let the type of charges lead you, a restraining order is serious business even if you have no record. There is no quarter given in these cases in this day and age. They will lock you up, and it's not a short term deal. The fact that an order was issued indicates it's more involved than a cell phone being broken.

Well, while I agree that if the charges are true he should face consequences. However I would like to hear HERE HIS SIDE OF THE STORY before assuming he is guilty. Let's not jump to conclusions. Go Xavier!

I prosecuted a while up there
If Myles put even a scratch on her car after the TRO, our roster might be down to 8. Is he that dumb, or is his, or was, his lawyer?

These "NEW Charges" arent exactly new. They happened on the same day the other alleged cell phone incident occurred. So according to the Enquirer Myles broke Two phones on July 3rd. How many phones do the Stolls have?

Pretty common for a family to each own a cell phone nowadays, and also for that family to have a family plan.. in the parents name. Lets not belittle the alleged victims here. IF]Myles screwed up, he must face the consequences..

Yep, exactly right. The fact that the restraining order was issued is a very good indicator of more fire(as opposed to smoke). Even if you have good intentions subsequent to the order just don't do it. If you cannot manage that, then you are better off playing overseas..............and staying out of the lockup.

I stand corrected. Been a long time since I've had any family members around.
