I bet you that while maintaining your posting frequency, for one week (until the next game)I bet you $100 you can't help yourself and not post negative.

whether it be about Stanley, or the 1974 crew championships,

or whatever, I bet you cannot be positive for a week. Don't saying you have to be candy sweet in everything you say - but jut that you can't post a negative.

Now let me also make this very clear to you Mr. Neutral - after being bored in China, I noticed some glaring similarities between your grammar and someone else's. Of course after looking at your your posts compared to this other screen name - there are many times that this other person comes to your aid, agrees with you and what is truly sad - compliments you for your astute insight...

I am left to believe that I know that you post under a different name regardless of your denials in the past. Shouldn't be too hard, Maybe I will talk to Muskieman this week and he can see for himself. He is an impartial mediator/observer but for me to do that - you will have to bet me

(1) No, I don't post under another name on this board, whether it would be to come to my own defense or for any other reason. I don't know how I can disprove it to you, but look at it this way-have I ever taken the easy position just to avoid criticism? Hardly. I don't know if anybody gets disagreed with more than me on this board, so why would I go out of my way to make it seem like I have ONE supporter out there????? (But it is comforting to know that at least one other poster actually cares about his grammar, spelling and punctuation.)

(2) While I wouldn't sneer at $100, it's not that big an incentive to make me change my game at this point. Now, make it $500 and we've got a deal.

And I would trust you to be honorable and not say I've lost if I posted something like "Stanley's got to get his offense on track if we're going to beat WVU". If it's got to be complete rah-rah stuff, there's point in wasting your or my time with this.
