Any one else getting a little nervous with the portal news? Creighton has the 5th ranked transfer portal ranking and is paying Josh Dix 1.7 million and Owen Freeman is getting 1.7 million too. Georgetown has the 9th ranked portal class and St. John's has the 11th ranked portal class with Hopkins getting 1.8 million. Both Butler and Providence have highly ranked portal classes. U Conn has the number 3 ranked incoming class in the country and has a average of 654 ,000 N.I.L. dollars per player for their team. I for one am getting nervous. Seems like we are sliding backwards every day

This is not a starting five unfortunately. Looks like Tru might be out as well. I am getting a little nervous as well considering the amount of talent out there and the price for these players available. I trust Pitino unfortunately, we need a scoring wing, another shooter (or two), and a PG. Two of our bigs are mainly rim protectors and the other two are Euro style players that are what they are.

Tru is out unless Pitino can sell the Cincinnati home. The money numbers appear okay, but it seems like he would rather stay West. New Mexico was a long way from Washington, and now Cincinnati?

I know, we actually have six. Just not a ton of talent out there considering the numbers. Keeping the two frosh would have been huge. You know things are crazy when Powell is going to UNC. Miller pushing Powell out was a big mistake.
