The refs have been bad, but our offense and defense have been much much worse.

Notice the lack of surpirse at that statement. I think we need to review the tape. Looks like they are playing with 5 and us with 4. Miller superb defensive strategy. Stay in the lane and let them chuck up 3's. Wonder where he learned that?

It could have been a charge; Lyons vaulted up onto the defenders back. Good NO Call.

Kind of what I was afraid of. Played OK early missed too many makable shots. Dayton gets hot crowd goes nuts our new guys play soft an we are staring at a big hole to climb. Can't get a call either but we will see what the second half brings. I've said all year we are pretty good when we play defense, today not so much.

46points wow. We have to do better than that. Awful. Reminds me of the game up there two years ago. Sure hope Mark gets back.

Offensive rebounds are killing us....Dillard misses shot...they get the rebound, score and lead is 13 at the half.

Most of our shots are contested. UD plays team ball, make FTs, make 3s, and play good D. I hope we get them at Cintas because we aren't the best team on the floor today-at least this half
Changing of the guards in A-10 in full view today. Unbelievable! Dayton has 2 -3 good players. Team ball and execution trumps all.

bbaker, Kenny needs to take his time because it seems like he is rushing his shot. His last miss he short armed it for some reason.

.
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

He has to rush his shot because he only jumps two inches off the ground and gets blocked by people much shorter than him.

Outplayed, outcoached. Sadly, a common theme this year. We need tgo outplay them in 2nd half. Only chance we have. Wells has been un stoppable lately, so his minutes are limited in the 1st half. Not surpirsed. Who on Dayton can guard him in the low post?

I think they will put Mckenzie on Dillard in the 2nd half. Good news is I took Day plus 3 and over 137. Easiest bet of the day. I hate betting against Xavier, but this was too easy to pass up on.
