The most frustrating XU team I’ve ever watched. I want to be optimistic for the future, but, X will have to rely on freshman. Not trying to be Debbie Downer but I’m worried it might be a while before we are even average again. That said I’ll support the but it’s notgood for my blood pressure.

Did Harden see the floor in the 2nd half? He had decent mins giving some others rest in the first half but was forgotten in the second. Exhaustion is on Steele.

I'm still a Steele fan, but his substitution patterns are very perplexing. Also, I don't know why their best play gets very few shots in the last 7-8 minutes of games. I specifically watched today, as I did Saturday, and there was exactly one play run for Scruggs in crunch time. I'll let you guess who took the lion's share of shots. Steele is supposed to be an offensive genius, and he cannot help the lack of offensive talent, but in crunch time last year, 80% of plays were designed for Bluiett or Macura. As usual, AH will keep the glass 9/10 full mentality. Hops, I hope you join me so we can start a wave of positivity.

Hard to see this team fall short again down the stretch. It must be taking a toll on the players and definitely the fans who like myself were hoping for a final 4 someday but now looking at a sub 500 season. Only hope a couple of the incoming freshman can contribute like the (2) Frosh for Georgetown. I don't know if I can continue to watch this train wreck.

G town played way better D in 2nd half, much more aggressive. And they got hot from 3 pt range but we never even attempted to cover the 3 pt line. Also their guards found a way to the basket. Lastly, we totally fall apart in crunch time. Its clear to me we need a floor general.
