Scorers are great but there are many ways to score and if all the scorers have mediocre or worse shots then it is a problem. A team needs a balance of shooters and players that attack the lane. Ideally they have a couple guys that do both very well along with another that attacks but has the ability to kick out to open teammates. A shooting specialist is also great but they need to also play solid defense and the coach has to have ways of getting him open to maximize his effectiveness.
