Good points Joe. Plus we are a terrible shooting team especially for a perimeter team. We were overrated at the beginning of the year even though the media ranked us in top 10. At least we are better than we were in the 70's

Sky, how bad were we in the 70's!!!! Almost as bad as we were at football(did not like loosing but we were underscholarshiped). The Jebbies cut back funding and we had less players and many on partial scholarships. Thank goodness for beer and Dana's for a lifter upper!! Looking back those were great days in our lives!! Nothing better than college life!!
Back to hoops......I feel for CM he is in a pickle and knows it.....he had the train headed 200 mph in the right direction and then the wheels started to come off during the BE tourney last year and has not stopped. Unless this class coming in is very good and college hoops ready I am not encouraged. This league is a booger and you better have your A game....Oh yea, and everyone wants to kick our asses!!
Closing, I attend most NBA games here in NO.....I don't see anyone on our roster even close to NBA ready!! What is it with shooting.....we are terrible at shooting dead in layups, putbacks, three's and oh yea foul shots....we gotta lead the nation in blocked shots from 3 ft in!!!
