1-7 from Paul and Naji along with 10 TOs and almost no trips to the Foul line. If X didn't make 5 threes this might look a lot worse... When X stops scoring it is brutal and when the scored they stopped playing D. That road trip snafus cannot be used as an excuse.

It probably didn't help but agree - no excuse.
A huge hole to dig out on the road.
Would loved to be proven wrong but I think this game looks to be over.
Just don't see these guys playing as a team

Marshall thinks he is a and has no handle at all. The worst part of this team is they play with no urgency or energy. We are going to be a mess for a few years

As long as the Core 4 - Marshall, Goodin, Scruggs and Jones - are all back next year.
And Scruggs could legitimately be gone next year so that would make next year even worse.

For one possession X actually looked like a basketball team with a couple of nice passes but then Goodin shoots a quick 3 and misses. He is getting back to his average - now 2-5 and he and Marshall are a combined 2-8.

X's MO this year has been a slow tempo team - ranked 304th in temp.
But agree - more athletic and speed up the game might be the strategy for this game
