Welcome Dante..always nice to have alums as coaches. But why did this wait till now...July??? The initial comment was waiting till the NBA season was over. I think a Xavier alum in the pros may have backed out??

Great to have Dante on campus. He is a winner. Great to have him back.

So, the early guesses here were that the last coach hired would be from the NBA and an ex Xavier player. ??? So, who turned down X or decided not to come?

Great news!!!
A young guy that can relate to players.
Dante is my all time favorite Muskie player.
Great leadership qualities, IMO.
I've had the opportunity to meet and speak with Dante on a couple of occasions and he was always gracious and humble - two pretty good qualities to have as a human being.

and just think when Travis retires in 20-25 years, after numerous NCshio, he may be the next head coach.
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.
