Personally, I never really liked the Gardens. Nor did I ever care for the Riverfront Arena (or whatever its name was) for games against UC. Schmidt was a pit, but at least it was our pit, and if, somehow, you could reincarnate Al McGuire and bring him back with one of his early 70's Marquette teams as the opposition, one game at Schmidt would seem right. But that's what it would take for me. Otherwise, I wouldn't want to play one of our home games anywhere but at Cintas.

I would call it THROW UP NIGHT if we do it at the Gardens.If that makes me a snob,so be it.Why do we want to go back to that dump.Let's not live in the past.Playing there would depress me.We are so far beyond that now.I like nostalgia but I have to draw the line here.Plus the Gradens did not hold 12,000 for bball-10,500 max.
