phony?

how dare you, sir! what have i done that leads you to believe i am phony? and there was, by the way, more than one person on here who encouraged me to continue posting(i think it was three).

i have absolutely no reason to root against my x brethren, despite all the vitriol directed towards my flyers. i come in peace, brothers.

i would have rooted for x tonight regardless. a loss by st. joe's puts another chink in their bubble hopes. like it or not, my flyers are competing with st. joe's for an at large bid.

The Dayton vs. St.Joes game may very well be for and at-large bid!

I'd watch it but I've got an Integration Proof Project to do for the next few days :( O well.

i realized the other day that dayton fans remind me of chicago cubs fans. both have passionate, over the top fans that can't shut up about how great they are, but neither of the teams are ever any good and there is no reason to think that's going to change anytime soon. however, that doesn't stop the fans from thinking it will. hell, i'll go further than that. that doesn't stop the fans from thinking that IT ALREADY HAS.

for that reason, dayton fans are amusing, and their program has our attention. it's kind of hard to not stop and take notice of something like that. that's why beating ud never gets old, even though it happens all the time and isn't likely to stop happening anytime soon.

I will be rooting for our conference rival....St. Joe!
