On mine when I am reading the message I click "options" down in the lower right hand corner of the screen on my cell and choose "5. Save Sound" from the list of options and then when I go to select a ringtone it is in the list. It probably varies by phone and provider. I have Verizon and use a Motorola V325i.xnatic03 wrote:It sent the text message to my phone, but I do not know how to download it from that point. Any tips?

Re: Xavier ringtones
I also believe that in the listings above the ringtones when you search on "Xavier" is an mp3 file that I provided (creator = jdralston). It is a longer version as I recall and I think you (or your friendly techie) can use that one to create one to your own liking. Again you need to make an account to do so. It has been a while since I did all this so don't remember exactly.
Oooops just tried it and didn't seem to work but I think I still have that file someplace if anybody needs it.

I just tried to download it from phonezoo but I think you need to have internet connection from your phone to be able to complete the process. I don't have the internet on my phone so I couldn't finish the process. Did anyone else have that happen or did I just mess up? I use Cincinnati Bell by the way.

Re: Xavier ringtones
Not sure on that. Since it came in as a message I assumed the file was on the phone and just was transferred from the message to the phone. But I do have Internet service, crappy as it is, so can't be sure. If your problem is from phonezoo to your phone, since it is simply a message I don't think you would have to have internet, just messaging. Glad to see others are as confused in these matters as I am. I surprised myself when I actually got it to work! Ask a kid ... he will know how to do it, haha!!!MuskieCinci wrote:I just tried to download it from phonezoo but I think you need to have internet connection from your phone to be able to complete the process.
